Since the summer of 2018, I've managed the Instagram and Facebook accounts for Leonora Moss, a family- and woman-owned floral design boutique and gift shop in Sierra Madre, CA.

In the first month in this role, I increased Facebook engagement by 74%. 

Through daily posts, I've engaged Leonora Moss's loyal and new customers through shop tours, behind the scenes of wedding floral prep, and stories/reels of new products or sales.

During the height of the pandemic when the store was closed to customers, I developed the “Window Shopping” social media campaign, partnering with the shop owner in posting items for sale that were also displayed in the storefront windows. Every day, I'd post photos and stories to highlight items and prices, which helped increase sales. These posts generated a lot of engagement, especially since customers weren’t able to visit the shop, but still wanted to support small businesses.

25th Anniversary Video

For their 25th anniversary, I created a video for social media and their website celebrating the history of this family- and woman-owned business. 

I also wrote an article that was published in the local newspaper about the store's anniversary.
